吴昌硕与南通的翰墨情缘

吴昌硕（1844—1927）是我国近代著名的金石书画大师、＂海派艺术＂的领袖人物。其书画艺术表现了中国近代中华民族的精神力量,因而名震中外,同时,在很大程度上也影响了整个南通艺坛。通过对吴昌硕与南通文艺界交游的研究,梳理与他们密切相关的时代、周边的环境以及师友间相互的影响,可以进一步感知、理解吴昌硕及南通近代文人的文艺思想和艺术特色,了解南通近代书画艺术的发展脉络。

WU Chang-shuo and His Affections for Nantong through his Paintings

WU Chang-shuo（1844-1927） is the famous painter in modern China,and he is the pioneering character of ＂Shanghai School＂ arts.His great achievements can be regarded as the artistic expression of Chinese nation’s spirits,so he is famous both in domestic and overseas.Meanwhile,he exerted great influences on artists in Nantong.By the probation into WU＇s contact with his fellow artists in Nantong,and the times,surroundings and influences of them,we can understand WU and artists in modern Nantong,as well as their artistic thoughts and features,and the developing process of painting and calligraphic arts in Nantong.
