| 摘 要： | 中国跆拳道协会于2010年10月颁布最新修改、审定的<跆拳道竞赛规则及解释(竞技)>(以下简称规则).该规则在2010年12月5日第15届全国跆拳道冠军赛上正式实施.规则是构建训练和比赛体系的向导,裁判尺度是竞赛的核心;比赛水平越高,裁判尺度和比赛胜负的关系越紧密.通过对跆拳道新旧规则主要内容的分析与对比,探讨新规则的实施对我国跆拳道裁判员计分和判罚尺度等方面产生的变化与影响.
