| 摘 要： | 通过回顾我国体育体制的历史沿革,指出现行体制制度变迁的诱导因素包括四方面内容：1.现行体育体制内部的局限性;2.群众体育与竞技体育发展的失衡;3.体育体制外界环境的变化;4.体育的可持续发展与体育强国目标的战略要求。提出我国竞技体育体制改革的路径选择在于“自上而下”的强制性体制改革与自下而上的“诱导性体制改革”的有机结合。研究进一步指出,我国体育制度变迁的改革方式在于：1.促进运动协会的实体化,储后备力量于社会;2.完善竞技体育发展的院校化,蕴竞技力量于高校。

| Abstract: | Through retrospection on historical evolution of Chinese sports system, the thesis points out the induction factors of institutional change of Chinese current sport system. It proposes that the path-- choice model should be combine compulsory institutional innovation with epigamic institutional innovation. Furthermore, it discusses the way of reformation which aims to provide theoretical reference for the perfection of Chinese sports system. |
