| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和比较分析法,对当前金融危机给我国滑雪场带来的负面影响进行了分析。金融危机带给我国滑雪场的影响主要表现在:接待滑雪人数增幅变缓,企业投资信心不足及产业规模化进程受阻等。针对这些问题,文章从团队建设、多元化发展及内部管理的角度提出一些对策措施,力图为我国滑雪场应对金融危机、稳步发展提供借鉴。
