| 摘 要： | 高校冰雪运动文化建设可有效提高大学生身心健康水平,提高其社会适应能力,培养大学生的体育文化素养,推动校园物质文明和精神文明建设。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,在剖析冰雪运动文化内涵的基础上,提出高校冰雪运动文化的建设途径:树立高校冰雪运动文化理念,加大课程建设步伐,加强场地及配套设施建设,开展小型多样的冰雪运动竞赛,加大宣传力度,实现学校、社会和家庭的和谐统一。旨在通过高校冰雪运动文化的建设达到提高学生身体活动能力和体育文化素养的根本目标。

| Abstract: | The construction of ice - snow sports culture in colleges and universities can effectively improve students＇ physical and mental health and their adaptability to society, cultivate their sports and cultural qualities, promote the material civilization and spiritual civilization in campus. With the methods of literature and logical analysis, based on analyzing the connotation of ice - snow sports culture, the paper puts forward the following implementing ways of ice - snow sports in colleges and universities： set up sports ice - snow culture in colleges, speed the curriculum constructing steps, promote the construction of venues and support- ing facilities, develop small - scale various ice - snow sports competitions, enhance propaganda to realize the harmony of schools, society and families.
