| 摘 要： | 文化变迁对学校德育影响的机制主要是指:在文化变迁与学校德育的运行过程中,文化变迁对学校德育的影响要素之间由于某种机理所形成的相互作用、相互联系的制约关系和运作方式.其影响的机制特点主要体现在自发性与规律性的统一、要素与系统的统一、整合性与协调性的统一、自觉性与能动性的统一4个方面.文化变迁对学校德育的影响主要体现在文化变迁的特征即文化特质和文化价值观的变迁对学校德育工作者的渗透、德育理念的提升、德育目的的调控、德育课程的优化、德育制度的建构5个方面.
