高校辅导员职业倦怠成因分析及克服对策研究

辅导员队伍面临着很重要的问题就是情感耗竭,人格解体,没有很高的个人成就感等,这样的职业倦怠会影响到高校思政工作的顺利进行,也会影响人才的培养质量。改善高校辅导员的职业倦怠问题显得尤为重要,所以要从辅导员职业倦怠的具体表现出发,分析问题出现的原因,从学校以及辅导员本身提出一些思考性对策,将大学生思想政治教育工作顺利进行下去。
