| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校实训管理中出现的常见问题,基于PDCA—"戴明循环"模式,运用在计划阶段对整个实训管理平台进行策划,经过实训管理平台多元管理主体的执行,再对实训管理平台进行检查,最后,收集和分析各层次、各方位评价和检查结果进行处理。为高职院校建设完善的实训管理平台提供建议,提高高职人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in training management in vocational college,based on the PDCA-" Deming circle" model,in the planning phase to plan the training management platform,through the execution of multi-management subject of training management platform,and inspect the training management platform,finally,collects and analyzes all levels of assessment and examination.To provide advice for vocational colleges to construct perfect training management platform,improving the quality of vocational training. |
