| 摘 要： | 作为高校组织中的一职能部门,其在管理模式创新中应与高校发展的整体目标相契合。惟有在整体视阈下来看待该模式创新问题,才能使得创新结果能经受的起时间的考验。本文阐述了笔者对高校人才培养的理解,分析了高校教育管理部门的内在要求,并在此基础上探讨了高校教育管理创新模式的构建策略。
