探析中学体育教学中的准备活动

准备活动是中学体育教学中不可缺少的一部分,准备活动完成的好坏,将直接影响基本部分任务的完成,它对增进健康、增强体质、防止伤害事故,掌握体育知识、技术、技能都有重要意义。本文就以我校高中三个年级学生为研究对象,就中学的准备活动进行调查和研究,提出中学体育课准备活动存在的问题及相应的解决办法。

On the preparation in middle school sports teaching

Preparation is an essential part for middle school physical education,preparation is accomplished or not,will directly affect the completion of the task of the basic part,it has important meaning to improve health,enhance physical fitness,prevent the accident,grasp the physical knowledge,technology and skills.This paper takes three grades in high school students as the research object,to carry out investigation and study of the preparatory activities in secondary school,put forward the existing problems and corresponding solutions.
