| 摘 要： | 对吉林省普通高校学生课外体育活动现状及影响因素进行了调查与分析。结果表明,学生参加课外体育锻炼的动机和态度呈多元化趋势,大多数学生喜欢健身性、健美性、趣味性和娱乐性较强的体育活动项目。

| Abstract: | Data statistics are used to investigate and analyze the situation of extracurricular sports in colleges of Jilin.The results show that the motivation and the attitude of students’ participation in extracurricular physical activities tend to be diversified,as a number of times and the bulk of time being given every week,students like to choose a sport program of clear fitness,fun and entertainment. |
