| 摘 要： | 政府采购是现代市场经济发展的产物。高校实行政府采购制度,对保障资金有效使用,提高投资效益,从源头上抑制腐败现象发生具有重要意义。通过对高校政府采购工作的现状及存在问题分析,提出了高校政府采购管理的基本思路与对策。

| Abstract: | Government purchase is a result of economic development of the modern market.The university implements the system of government purchase,which is significant to ensure fund use effectively,to improve benefit of investing and suppress the corruption from the source.This paper analyses the current situation of government purchase work in universities and then proposes thoughts and countermeasures. |
