| 摘 要： | 中原经济区和长株潭两型社会建设综合改革实验区在中部崛起战略中发挥着重要作用。通过对两大经济区发展定位、经济开放度、生态环境等三个维度的比较,得到了中原经济区应错位发展、优化产业结构、发展循环经济、扩大开放交流、强化生态意识等具体发展对策。

| Abstract: | Central plains economic zone（CPER）and the two types of social construction changsha - zhuzhou - xian-gtan comprehensive reform in the experimentation area（CCREA）play an important role in the rise of central China strategy. By comparing the two economic zones in economic foundation,development orientation,industrial structure, human capital and Economic Openness etc,CPER should persist dislocation development,optimize the industrial structure,increase educational and science technology investment,develop circular economy,Expand open commu-nication,Strengthen ecological consciousness etc. |
