浙江省体育院校教师职业道德形象研究

教师职业道德不仅是教师专业化发展的核心,而且对完善体育教师的知识结构,提升运动技能,提高教育教学能力具有重要的促进作用.论文采用自我评价与他人评价的方法,对体育教师职业道德的二十个指标进行分别评价,从而归纳体育教师职业道德的形象差距,进而分析职业道德形象差距的问题及原因,提出改善体育教师职业道德形象的对策,为全面提升体育教师综合素质提供理论与实践的依据.

A Research on the Professional Ethics and Impression of PE Teachers in Sports College of Zhejiang Province
