| 摘 要： | 三、促进下岗、失业妇女非正规就业的政策(一 )大力发展非正规就业劳动组织 ,促进妇女就业从需要安置的武汉市女性就业条件来看 ,困难不少 ,主要是女性下岗、失业人员普遍年龄偏大、文化程度不高、技能缺乏。 2 0 0 1年末 ,武汉市城镇女性失业人数中 4 0岁以上的人数占 1 3以上 ;文化程度在初中及以下占 31 .5 %。因此 ,需要全市各级政府和劳动、妇联等部门针对这部分女性年龄大、文化低、技能少、家庭负担较重的特点 ,大力发展灵活多样、投入少的非正规就业劳动组织 ,为女性就业创造机会。1、把促进非正规就业发展列入地方政府促进就业的…
