| 摘 要： | 近年来,精细化管理越来越多地被呼吁运用到高校学生管理中,以提高学生工作的水平和质量。如何做好高校精细化管理就成了十分凸显的问题,笔者旨在通过分析美国学生事务管理中出现的＂三精二细＂精细化现象,对我国学生工作提出几点可行性建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,meticulous management is warmly called on to be applied in students work management,aiming at improving the level and quality of the students work.So it becomes a very outstanding problem how to realize meticulous management.Through the analysis of the phenomenon of ＂three essences and two kinds of preciseness＂ in student affairs in the United States,several feasible suggestions are made for the students work of our country. |
