江苏高校PCT申请分析与研究

通过江苏高校近十年的PCT申请情况分析,为江苏高校国际专利申请及参与国际市场竞争提供参考。基于合享Incopat专利分析工具,对江苏11所高校2009年至2018年PCT申请状况进行了分析研究,分析内容包括国际专利申请的总体发展趋势、国际申请占比情况、主要申请人分析及主要竞争技术领域分析。江苏高校PCT申请量在整个专利中的占比及校企合作申请的数量偏少,PCT申请领域主要涉及G01、A61、G06等,从专利的国家布局数来讲部分高校已达国内领先水平。需从政策支持、加强宣传、人才培养及建立产学研机制四方面着力提升PCT申请的数量和质量。

Analysis and Research of Jiangsu University PCT Applilcation

Through analysis of recent ten years PCT applications of Jiangsu universities,the paper provides reference for the Jiangsu universities to apply for international patent and participate in international market competition.Analysis and research of Jiangsu eleven universities PCT applilcation from 2009 to 2018 based on Incopat analysis platform.The analysis includes the general development trend of international patent applications,the proportion of international applications,the principal applicants and the main competitive technical fields.The proportion of PCT applications from Jiangsu universities in the whole patent and the number of school-enterprise cooperation applications are relatively small.And PCT applications mainly involve G01,A61,G06,etc.,in terms of the number of national patent distribution,some universities have reached the leading level in China.It is necessary to improve the quantity and quality of PCT applications from four aspects:policy support,strengthening publicity,talent training and establishment of industry-university-research mechanism.
