海枫藤提取物镇痛抗炎功效的研究

用醋酸致痛法和耳肿胀法研究海枫藤茎叶提取物镇痛和抗炎作用，确证其是否含有具镇痛抗炎作用的活性成分．研究结果表明：海枫藤茎、叶的水提取物均能明显降低小鼠扭体次数，且叶水溶性提取物的抑制效果最好并具有剂量依存关系，同时叶水溶性提取物在较低剂量时就可达到良好的抑制耳肿胀效果，而且海枫藤中具有镇痛抗炎的活性成主要存在于叶中．

Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Effects on Extractions of Marsdenia Officinalis Tsiang et P. T. Li

Tested the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extractions from Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li on mice,to prove the existence of some active ingredients.The result showed that water extraction from both the stems and leaves could decrease the times of writhing of mice distinctly.Water-solubility sample directly from the leaves showed a good inhibition result in analgesia activities,and had a dependent relation with dosage.Also,low dosage of water extraction from the leaves had a good effect of inhibition on auricular tumescene of mice.Extraction of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li showed the high activities of anti-inflammation and analgesic in the leaves.
