乡村振兴背景下新农人培训模式创新研究

乡村振兴战略是解决我国城乡发展不平衡、实现农业农村现代化的重要举措,农民是乡村振兴的主体,乡村振兴主要取决于农民自身的综合素质与能力,加快新农人培育,创新新农人培训的体制机制是推进乡村振兴战略实施和全面实现乡村振兴战略的重要举措。我国农村人力资本现状仍不乐观,培训模式有待创新,存在培训经费有限、内容不具针对性、无法保障培训效果等一系列问题,通过拓展培训资金来源渠道、改善内容、创新新农人培训模式等途径,促进新农人素质全面提升,强化农村专业人才队伍建设。

Research on the Innovation of New Farmer Training Model Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is an important measure to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development and to realize agricultural and rural modernization.Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization,which depends on their own comprehensive quality and ability.Speeding up the cultivation of new farmers and innovating the system and mechanism of training new farmers are important measures to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and comprehensively realize the strategy of rural revitalization.However,the current situation of rural human capital in China is still not optimistic,and the training mode needs to be innovated.There are a series of problems,such as limited training funds,non-targeted content and lack of guarantee of the training effect.By expanding the source of training funds,improving the content,and innovating the training mode of new farmers,we can promote the overall quality of new farmers and strengthen the construction of rural professional talents.
