| 摘 要： | 学校体育是终身体育的基础，而体育课是学校体育的重要组成部分之一；如何在体育教学过程中培养学生的体育意识和兴趣，已日益成为体育教育工作者所关心的问题。本文就华南师范大学女生体育课兴趣不高的现状及成因进行分析和研究，并在此基础上阐述了解决这一问题的基本方法。 |

| Abstract: | School Physical Education is the basis of lifelong education, and Physical Education Course is the most important part of School Physical Education. In Physical Education teaching how to cultivate students' sports consciousness and interest has become the things that vast physical education workers concern about. In this article, the present situations of South-China Normal University Female Students aren't interest in physical education and the causes of its formation were analyzed. On this basis, the methods of solving this problem were expounded. |
