The Core Competence of the Advantage Industry and It's Incubation in the Less-developed Areas

The Theory of Core Competence of Enterprises, raised by C.K. Prahalad and Gary Hamel in the 1990s, explains that the Core Competence of the dominant industrial properties in the backward regions can be understood in the four aspects of resources, markets, technology and administration. The cultivation of it is essentially to rearrange the effective resources, to cultivate Core Competence, and to elevate the technical creation, to develop the core technology. Whilst, taking core-capability as a basic concern, enterprises can develop core products, open up new market-spaces and marketing opportunities and can also develop key markets.
