本文以制度变迁的视角,主要从大学组织内部运作、大学组织与外界的关系两个方面考察了中世纪大学向现代转型的阶段与过程,对比分析了中世纪大学与现代大学的区别,并在结论部分指出了中世纪大学制度变迁的渐进性特征。

An Analysis of the Institutional Transition from the Universities of the Middle Ages to the Modem Ones

From the perspective of institutional changes,the article inspects the stages and process of the transition of the universities of Middle Ages,to modern ones mainly in the organization's internal operations and the relations between the university's organization and the outside world.The distinctions between the universities in Middle Ages and the modern ones are compared and analysis.Then the progressive characteristic of institution changes of the universities in Middle Ages are pointed out in conclusion.
