| 摘 要： | 后勤保障工作是学校课余训练生存与发展的重中之重。通过对目前我国体育后备人才试点学校后勤保障现状的分析，指出了在这些试点学校后勤保障中存在的问题，并提出了改变目前这种状况的对策。
