摘    要:为解决学生目标不明确,学习内动力不足的问题,从建构“入门—提高—综合”阶梯化培养模式,形成原理—仿真—系统的模块化知识体系入手,优化课程体系,使得学以致用;研究激励为主的相近专业课程的教学管理机制,满足和调动学生学习兴趣;提高企业参与的积极性,使学生接受系统性训练,在工程技术上迅速成长;最后通过动态调整,不断完善,以实现旨在提高学生兴趣,培养和提高学生综合能力和素质的学校主导、企业全程参与的自动化应用技术型人才培养模式。

Abstract:Firstly, in order to solve the students’learning problems of the unclear goal and the lack of their inner motivation, the "entry-improvement-integration”step training mode is constructed, and the“principle-simulation-system”modular knowledge system is formed to optimize the curriculum system, which can contribute to the application. Secondly, a study is made of the incentive-based similar professional courses teaching management mechanism to satisfy and stimulate students’learning interest. Thirdly, enterprises’active participation is enhanced in order to enable students to receive systematic training and to grow rapidly in the engineering technology. Finally, through dynamic adjustment, and continuous improvement, the automation applied technology talent training mode led by schools and fully participated in by enterprises is built with a view to enhancing students’interest and cultivating and improving their comprehensive abilities and qualities.
