Rational Analysis on the Development of Sports Tourism in Shaanxi Province

Sports tourism is a modern tourism rising in recent years and has become a new bright spot of tourism. Development of sports tourism in Shaanxi province has three advantages,that is,regional location,natural resources and human resources,but there exist some problems,such as the subjective understanding insufficiency,improper market positioning and environmental pollu- tion. Hence,it should stress on the strict management,the scale operation,the brand concept,the construction of supporting facili- ties,the development of new projects,the host of major sports events to get the overall benefits of sports tourism and the coordinated development,in order to accelerate the development of sports tourism industry in Shaanxi province.
