| 摘 要： | 《红楼梦》公案故事的描写,拓展了传统公案小说所具有的社会功能。小说公案素材的选择,重在描写审案过程、现实主义的笔法和避实就虚、详略互证的写法,突破了公案小说的传统技巧和审美追求,使传统侠义公案小说摆脱了侠义性,更加贴近社会真实。
