我国优秀女子标枪运动员专项身体素质递进的形成性评价

在长期跟踪调查我国36名高水平女子标枪运动员获得的有关资料的基础上,通过文献分析、指标测试和数理统计等方法,总结出高水平女子标枪运动员专项身体素质的主要构成因素及变化规律,利用“前瞻式”形成性评价思路建立运动训练过程中检测专项身体素质因素累进评价量表。并与世界优秀女子标枪运动员专项身体素质做横向比较,从而找出正确发展高水平女子标枪员专项素质的合理途径,为训练手段及方法的选择提供参考依据。

Progressive Forming Assessment of the Specialized Constitution of Excellent Javelin Sportswomen in China during the Training Course

Based on the information gained by a long-term investigation of 36 excellent javelin sportswomen in China, through documents analysis, index testing and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a conclusion of the major forming factors and the changing law for the specialized constitution of excellent javelin sportswomen, and has set up a progressive assessment form of testing the training course by using the forming assessment thinking. This paper also makes a horizontal comparison with the specialized constitution of the excellent javelin sportswomen in the world, and tries to find out a way to improve the specialized constitution of javelin sportswomen and offers a reference for the choice of the training method.
