Accounting for differences between second languages learners has been ignored for a long time. With the development of the language theory research, the researchers are paying more and more attention to the factors of accounting for the differences between learners. n this article, the authors discussed the issue from three aspects： learning motivation, learning opportunity and learning ability. In the various factors must integrate in some complex ways to affect second language learning.
