| 摘 要： | 中国石油大学（北京）信息学院探究建立参与广泛、内容丰富、机制健全的志愿服务党员教育管理模式，包括建立学生党员志愿服务信息库和服务质量认证机制、符合党员发展实际的志愿服务量化考核指标、学生党支部与学校志愿者组织对接机制等。实践证明，学生党员的服务意识、奉献意识在志愿服务中得到增强，党员群体的加入使得学院志愿服务平台得到迅速扩展和丰富，志愿服务的整体质量得到显著提升。

| Abstract: | The Information Engineering College of China University of Petroleum has been working on an education and management mode that is extensive in scope, rich in content and wholesome in mechanism as regards student Party members＂ volunteer service, including establishing an information base, a quality authentication mechanism, a realistic quantitative assessment index and a docking mechanism for cooperation between the student Party branch and the volunteer organization. As is proven by practice, volunteer service can increase student Party members＂ service awareness and boost their giving spirit. At the same time, their participation rapidly extends and enriches the volunteer service platform of the college and remarkably uplifts its quality. |
