飞机蒙皮对接处结构疲劳性能研究

摘    要:本文旨在通过研究飞机中常见的蒙皮对接处结构连接形式,对比常见的两种对接形式蒙皮端部的钉载,得出更优的结构设计。分别对第一种连接方式进行工程分析和有限元分析,对第二种连接进行有限元分析,得出对于第一种连接方式,有限元分析和工程分析结果一致;相对于第一种连接方式端部载荷降低了40%。从传载比的计算结果可以看出第二种连接方式明显降低了蒙皮端部连接处的传载比,明显改善了该危险部位的疲劳细节,而且采用了指形板,达到减重效果,符合运营商的经济性要求。

Investigations on fatigue performanve of aircraft skin butt joint
Abstract:This essay means to compare the nail loads of 2 common kinds of skin butt joint by researching common butt joint structure of aircraft skins, and finally tries to optimize the structure design. Finite element analysis and engineering analysis was made on the first butt joint method and finite element analysis was made on the second way respectively. The result shows that finite element analysis fits engineering analysis on the first method, and the butt joint load decreased 40%. Recording to the result, the second way reduces load ratio on the skin butt joint dramatically, and improves the fatigue in this dangerous zone. Mean while, the finger plate is adopted, and the reduction is achieved which matches the economical requirement by the operator.
