| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的发展使国际贸易形式发生了深刻的变化，主要表现为垂直专业化贸易、公司内贸易和产业内贸易。本文从对比研究的视角出发，在分析这三种贸易形式发展的基础上，探讨了其内在形成机制及其理论渊源。
