| 摘 要： | 根据"科学的身体锻炼"课程的教学内容和知识点多的情况,总结归纳科学的身体锻炼所具有的科学性强、应用性强等几个鲜明的特点,目的在于紧扣学生的实际情况,充分利用多媒体进行组合教学,树立"健康第一"的思想,保证了课程教学目标的实现.

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that the course of Scientific Physical Exercises contains profound contents and knowledge, the paper analyzes some distinct characters of scientific physical exercises such as being strong in scientificity and application. The purpose of the paper is to closely relate to students' actual condition and apply multimedia technology to teaching, set up the idea of Health No. 1 so as to realize the curriculum objectives. |
