| 摘 要： | 制度安排的经济绩效要求正式制度与非正式制度必须形成相互融合、彼此促进的关系.在市场化制度变迁过程中,如果正式制度与非正式制度不相协调,就有可能出现剧烈的制度变形,影响交易秩序,降低经济运行的稳定性,影响经济发展.

| Abstract: | Economic accomplishment demands coordinating the function and efficiency of the formal and informal systems. If this is not realized in the process of moving towards market economy, serious abnormality of the social and economic systems will result. Consequently, adequate order of dealings will be disturbed, stability of economic operation will be reduced, and economic development will be hindered. |
