我国高校课堂教学质量5维度量化评价研究

摘    要:我国高校课堂教学质量现有评价体系存在评价主体不明确,评价指标不科学和评价结果可借鉴性差问题。该文根据国际上广泛采用的PZB服务质量5维度指标体系,结合我国高校老师课堂教学实际,构建我国高校课堂教学质量评价体系,克服了现有评价体系存在的上述不足。

Abstract:At present,the subject of college teaching quality evaluation in china is not ciear,The Index of evaluation is not science, and the result of evaluation is badly referred.This paper is based on the service quality of the widely used PZB 5 dimensions index system,According to our country's university elass teaching practice,Constructing China's college class teaching quality evaluation system to overcome the shortages of existing evaluation system.
