| 摘 要： | 我国高校课堂教学质量现有评价体系存在评价主体不明确,评价指标不科学和评价结果可借鉴性差问题。该文根据国际上广泛采用的PZB服务质量5维度指标体系,结合我国高校老师课堂教学实际,构建我国高校课堂教学质量评价体系,克服了现有评价体系存在的上述不足。
