| 摘 要： | 建设“双师型”教师队伍,是提高高职教育教学水平,实现高职教育培养目标的前提和保证。通过分析和借鉴美国、加拿大、德国和法国等一些发达国家职业教育的成功经验,并结合辽宁信息职业技术学院的实际情况,阐述了建设＂双师型＂教师队伍的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | Building double-quality teaching staff is the precondition and guarantees to improve teaching level of vocational education,and realize the training aim of higher vocational education.This paper analyzes and learns from successful experience of some advanced countries' vocational education,such as the United States,Canada,Germany,France and so on.Combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Information Vocational Technical College,it discusses the approach and method of building double-quality teaching staff. |
