Bundled cooperation between academic journals and databases:a way of diversified development of academic journals

Academic journals in China should seize the opportunities brought by the digital publishing to build a good sales channel or platform, so as to promote their sustainable development. This paper analyzes the advantages of academic journals and databases as well as the intrinsic relation between them. Then, according to the national circumstances, this paper points out the necessity and feasibility of bundled development between academic journals and databases, and proposes a rough idea for the bundled development model.
