Abstract:The author draws lessons from the theories of sports training,sports biochemistry and sports biomechanics and adopts the basketball sport training theory and practice in the discussion of the six basic principles to be followed in the training of speedy strength,that is ,to develop initiatively the biggest power,to imitate the status of competition,to use different means and ways for different players,to make a good arrangement of training load,to choose the best training methods and to take care of the working forms of muscles.
