信任利用方式、创业导向与风险企业绩效研究

将创业者与创业投资家的信任利用方式分为开发式利用和探索式利用,然后基于资源视角拓展了创业导向与创业绩效的经典模型,通过数据调查实证检验了信任利用方式、创业导向以及风险企业绩效三者之间的关系,由此得出了相应的结论:(1)信任利用方式对创业绩效存在正相关的影响,并且开发式信任利用方式对绩效的作用远高于探索式信任利用方式;(2)创业导向在信任利用方式与创业绩效之间起中介作用.

Study on Using Ways of Trust, Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Performance of Venture Enterprises
