浅谈初中三级跳远运动员的力量训练

摘    要:三级跳远是一项技术复杂、且对运动员速度、力量素质要求较高的田径项目。对少年三级跳远运动员来说初中阶段是他们生长发育的重要时期。本文根据这一阶段运动员的生理特点,通过三级跳远动作技术和参与作用肌肉群的分析,提出一般力量训练和专项力量训练等方法,并总结力量训练中需要遵循的原则。

Abstract:Triple jump is an athletics with complex skills and higher requirements for speed and strength quality of athletes. To young triple jump athletes, junior middle school stage is an important period for their growth and devel- opment. In this paper, according to athlete' s physiological characteristics in this phase, it proposes the general strength training as well as special strength training methods, and summarizes the principles needed to be followed in the process of strength training through the analysis of triple jump skills and the role of muscle group.
