我国慈善组织的社会问责机制探析

近年来,随着我国慈善组织的迅速发展,其社会影响力不断增大,而慈善行业频频出现的公益腐败事件引起人们对慈善组织社会问责的关注。该文通过对慈善组织问责理论依据的总结和现实必要性的分析,发掘现有慈善组织问责中存在的不足,建议从价值层面、制度层面、环境层面来构建慈善组织的综合问责体系。

Analysis of Social Accountability Mechanism of Chinese Charitable Organizations

In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese charitable organizations, their influence on society increased unceasingly, simultaneously public corruption exposed unceasingly in the charitable domain have attracted the attention to the social accountability of charitable organizations. This article analyzed the theoretical basis and realistic necessity of accountability of charitable organizations, discovered the existing deficiencies of charitable organizations’ accountability, proposed to construct a comprehensive accountability system of charitable organizations from value level, institutional level and environmental level.
