| 摘 要： | 本文对中国专利被其他专利引用情况进行统计分析，研究中国专利技术的重要性和影响力以及发展规律。采用专利引文分析方法，研究技术循环时间、高被引专利、专利地域分布、申请人分布等特点。得出结论：中国专利技术近年来技术进步速度有所加快；中国专利被其他专利引用的情况有一半基本是发生在自公开后的三年内。国内科技、经济发达地区申请的中国专利具有较高影响力和重要程度；日本和美国申请的中国专利也具较大重要性和影响力；国内大公司、国内高水平大学、国外大公司、国内科研院所拥有较重要和较具影响力的专利技术。

| Abstract: | This article studied the importance and impact of Chinese patents by analyzing the citation of world patents to Chinese patents. Using patent citation analysis method, we calculatedthe technology cycle time and statistically analyzed the citation of world patents to Chinese patents. Using patent citation analysis method, wecalculated the technology cycle time and statistically analyzed the distribution of hight cited Chinese patents, regions, applicants. It is concluded that Half Citing to Chinese patents occurred in three years from cited Chinese patents was publicated. Developed regions, big companies and high level universities hold important patent technologies. |
