Are the fundamental status and role of agriculture shaken？ Is the national economy sustainable？ The status of agriculture as the foundation needs the government to increase the intensity of feedback, to accelerate the reform of the land transfer system, to arouse the agricultural innovation and to expand the role of economic and non-economic function in promoting national economic growth. At the present stage, the government should consolidate the fundamental role of agriculture, use “five balances” concept of scientific development to promote the coordinative development of agriculture with the secondary and tertiary industries.
