| 摘 要： | 当前我国开展“院校研究”的宏观背景已经基本形成,但要把“院校研究”打造成为高等学校管理的必须手段,还存在着对“院校研究”的研究不够、组织制度不健全、数据资源匮乏以及研究方法不当等诸多制约因素。只有解决这些问题,才有可能使“院校研究”在中国高校的实践从“自发”走向“自觉”。

| Abstract: | At present, the macro-background of carrying out institutional research (IR) has already come into being in China. However, if "IR" wants to become the "essential manner" for the administration of higher educational institution, there are still many restricting factors such as insufficient research of "IR", the imperfectness of the organizing system, the shortage of data as well as the improper methods. Only by solving these problems can we change the practice of "IR" in China's university from "spontaneities" to "consciousness". |
