论高中研究性学习活动课程教师的培养对策

摘    要:在分析高中研究性学习活动课程之于教师的意义以及高中教师消极应付研究性学习活动课程之成因的基础上,探讨了培养适合高中研究性学习活动课程所需研究型教师的对策:从教师的考核和管理机制入手,致力于建立高中研究性学习活动课程评比办法和激励机制;建立专门的研究性学习教研组或综合实践课程处,加强研究性学习活动课程的教学研究和交流;创建研究性学习活动课程独特的的课程体系。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the significance of Research-Based Learning curriculum to senior high school teachers and the reasons of teachers'passive attitudes towards the curriculum,this paper explores the training strategies of research-oriented teachers required for research-Based Learning curriculum:seting up a series of evaluation methods and certain incentives mechanism to promote teachers' assessment and management,establishing a specialized research team or comprehensive practice curriculum office to enhance teaching research and exchange,and creating a unique curriculum system.
