| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调研法和在多年从事气排球运动项目实践的基础上,分析我国自主创新气排球的起源、新颖性和运动规律。认为,气排球是一种减重、减速又保持普通排球基本特性、规则的新式排球;是集运动技术、健身、娱乐、观赏于一体,很适合中、老年人的大球项目之一;是我国自1905年引进排球项目以来,为数不多的实用新型排球项目发明,具有很高的竞技健身与娱乐观赏价值,它有良好的发展前景。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly analyzes the origins, novelty and the rule of balloon volleyball, a new creation in China on the basis of literature review, investigation and the author's 5-year practice in the field of balloon volleyball. The results show that balloon volleyball is a new type of volleyball with reduced weight and speed but maintaining the basic feature of general volleyball. It integrates sports techniques with healthy exercises, entertainment and appreciation, thus suitable for senior and middle-aged people. It's one of the few practical volleyball inventions of new type since volleyball was introduced in 1905, enjoying a high value in competition, entertainment and appreciation with a bright prospect of development. |
