论地方新建本科高校转型发展——兼谈创建新型应用型本科

新建本科院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,主要承担本科人才培养的任务,是我国高等教育大众化、普及化的生力军。针对当前地方高校,特别是地方新建本科院校的转型发展问题,从高等学校为什么要转型发展、地方新建本科院校转型发展的重要性和急迫性、高校转型发展的分类设想、地方高校怎样转型发展和地方新建本科院校转型发展的若干方面进行了较为系统的分析,提出了一些新的观点,以期对新建本科院校创建新型应用型本科有参考价值。

On the Transformation and Development of Newly Established Local Undergraduate Colleges---and Talk about Setting up New Application Type Undergraduate Colleges

Newly established undergraduate colleges are important part of higher education in our country,mainly responsible for the training task of undergraduate talents,is the main force of higher education popularization.In view of the current problems of transformation and development in local colleges,especially in the newly established undergraduate colleges,this paper systematically analyzes the reason of the transformation of development in local colleges, the importance and urgency of the transformation of development in newly established local un-dergraduate colleges,the classification tentative idea of transformation and development,how to transform and develop for local colleges,and some different respects in transformation and development of newly established undergraduate colleges.Meanwhile,it puts forward some new viewpoints in order to provide reference value for setting up the new type application orien-tation undergraduate colleges in newly established colleges.
