| 摘 要： | 大学—企业合作是大学知识溢出的重要机制,基于关系邻近性的溢出过程对企业创新产出具有重要影响.本文通过在中国国家知识产权局专利数据库检索大学和企业联合申请发明专利的数据,构建中国大学—企业专利申请合作网络图,运用计量经济学分析方法验证网络规模、密度和中心势等网络结构特征指标对企业创新产出的影响.研究结果表明,中国大学—企业专利申请合作网络结构对企业创新产出存在显著影响,网络规模、密度和中心势与企业创新产出之间均呈正相关关系.
