| 摘 要： | 本文就知识型团队的网络结构、知识整合以及团队绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究.研究表明:知识整合对团队绩效有显著的积极影响；工具性社会网络密度对知识整合有显著的积极影响；工具性社会网络非中心度对知识整合有U型的影响关系；信任对于知识整合具有显著的积极影响；信任在情感性社会网络密度和网络非中心度对知识整合的作用中起到完全的中介作用.在此基础上,提出了对管理实践的启示和建议.
