| 摘 要： | 目前，高校对科研经费管理很不规范，为了建立科学、有效的科研经费管理机制，最大限度地发挥科研经费的使用效率，针对科研经费管理中存在的主要问题进行了总结，并提出了相应的解决措施，以期为高校科技工作持续、健康、协调发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Management of scientific research fund in colleges and universities is not standard.To help establish scientific and effective fund management mechanism,and make maximum use of the fund,meanalyze the main problems existing in the fund management and also put forward corresponding measures.It is expected that theoreticsal references can be provided to the continuous,healthy and harmonious development of science and technology work in colleges and universities. |
