| 摘 要： | 哈萨克文化数字化是我国数字图书馆发展中的一个重要组成部分。阐述了构建哈萨克族文化数据库的必要性和可行性，提出了哈萨克族文化数据库建设应遵循循序渐进、规范标准、全面完整、安全可靠四大原则，对数据库的收录内容和具体方法步骤作了较为全面的探索，提出了建设哈萨克族文化数据库的初步构想。
